Come join us to celebrate a great Canadian institution and the great generation responsible for creating it. All across this country a town has truly come of age if it has three things in it: a Hockey Arena, a Tim Horton's and of course a Branch Of The Royal Canadian Legion. When Danny Boyle learns that he’s adopted, he goes in search of his birth parents. Eventually, he discovers that all of what’s left of his biological family tree are his Grandma and Grandpa. These two veterans are legendary for their community spirit and when Danny asks to meet them, everyone in town tells him were they can always be found… down at the Legion! This play is a fun loving lark about fish fries, meat draws, Euchre tournaments and all the volunteers who deserve our gratitude. Please join us for this proud and patriotic salute to small town life in Canada.
